For ballast and service tanks, a wide range of sensors is available, including submersible systems and bubble-type systems. These are complemented by DIN rail-mounted sensor assemblies equipped with pressure regulators (PR3) designed for stable bubble flow.

The level sensors used in the "WISE" Water Ingress Alarm System and the "STHOP" High Level and Overfill Alarm System operate based on the principle of ultrasonic wave propagation through a metallic rod. These fully static sensors, free of vibrating parts or optical components, can withstand extreme conditions ranging from -200°C to +300°C and pressures from -1 to 400 bar. Their exceptional durability has been proven through rigorous testing, meeting and exceeding the requirements set by IACS, IMO, and SOLAS regulations for installation on bulk carriers.

These devices also stand out due to their easy installation, self-cleaning design, capability for local or remote diagnostics, and lack of need for any filtration components.
